FROM THE SOUF / DIGITAL STORE
Privacy notice .
What this website uses when you browse or purchase digital music.
Information collected
For a digital music order, the site asks for your name and email address. For merchandise, it also collects the delivery address and order options. The server stores item, amount, quantity, payment status and transaction reference to fulfil and support orders.
Live stream display information
When you join the live podcast, the display name you enter, comments and like activity may be visible to other viewers. A list of active viewers and recent join events is shown in the live room. Active presence expires when your browser stops sending heartbeat requests; recent join events can remain visible for a short period during the stream. Use a nickname and do not post sensitive personal information.
Payment details
Payments are handled by PayFast through its secure on-site payment flow. The label website does not ask for or intentionally store your card number or card security code. PayFast processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
How information is used
Order information is used to confirm payment, provide digital files, arrange merchandise delivery, assist with support requests, prevent obvious transaction errors and maintain business records. Live chat records support the conversation and moderation. Do not enter sensitive personal information in comments, release descriptions or general contact messages.
Storage and access
Order and catalogue data are stored on the website host and are intended to be accessible only to authorised administrators. Access to the admin dashboard is password-protected. Keep your password private.
Contact
To ask about an order record or privacy request, contact the label using the email address or social link shown on the homepage. Applicable privacy rights remain unaffected.
