Digital products
Music is sold as a digital download. Before paying, check the artist, title, price and file details shown at checkout. Streaming on the website is available separately from the purchase download.
Problems with a download
If a paid file is corrupt, incomplete, unavailable or materially different from the product description, contact the label with your order reference and the email address used for purchase so the issue can be investigated and corrected.
Merchandise and shipping
The label arranges delivery after payment is confirmed. Contact the label with your order reference if you need a delivery estimate, want to correct a delivery detail, or receive an item that is damaged or materially different from its description. Any separate shipping charge should be agreed before payment.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually in light of the transaction, the status of the digital download and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
