Terms for streaming and downloading music from From The Souf.
Using the website
You may stream music through the website for personal listening. Downloads purchased from the store are licensed for personal use unless a separate written licence is agreed with the label or the credited rights holder.
Copyright and artist rights
Music, artwork, names and other creative material remain the property of their respective rights holders. A purchase does not transfer copyright or grant permission to resell, redistribute, publicly re-upload or use a track commercially.
Payments and downloads
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). Payments are processed by PayFast. Download access is made available after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. Do not close the purchase page until the confirmation message appears; you can revisit the page and check the order if confirmation takes a moment.
Merchandise and delivery
Merchandise prices are shown in South African rand. Any shipping charge should be stated by the label before payment; where checkout does not calculate a separate shipping charge, the label must confirm delivery arrangements with the customer. Paid merchandise orders are fulfilled by the label after PayFast confirms payment.
Live streams and community rules
A display name, live comments, likes and live-room presence may be visible to other people watching the same stream. Do not post private details, abuse other viewers or share material you do not have permission to publish. The label may remove comments or close the room to protect the community.
Availability
The label may update, remove or correct catalogue entries. We take reasonable steps to keep purchased downloads available, but should a download fail, contact the label with your order reference.
